Kumki star Vikram Prabhu is back with Arima Nambi after Ivan Veramathiri. Arima Nambi marks the debut of AR Murugadoss's assistant director Anand Shankar and drums Sivamani as music director. Produced by Fox Star and ARM, Arima Nambi casts Priya Anand as the heroine.
Lets have a quick music review on how appealing his compositions are...
Song 01: Yaaro Yaar Aval
Singers: Runa Rizvi, Shabir
Arima Nambi music ablum starts with an appealing song 'Yaaro Yaar Aval' that is worth few listens. Shabir takes the credits for maintaining the pace collating with the guitar notes. At the same time Runa Rizvi has been supportive. Its a peppy foot tapping number that is an instant hit with youngsters. The very end guitar score is rocker.
Song 02: Idhayam En Idhayam
Singers: Javed Ali
Lyrics: Na. Muthukumar
Idhayam En Idhayam is a breezy slow number that is soothing in the vocals of Javed Ali and Sivamani's dishy orchestration. The song has already reached audiences through trailer. Na. Muthukumar has once again penned beautiful lyrics that aptly describes a guys feelings for his love.
Song 03: Naanum Unnil Paadhi
Singers: Alma, Rita
Lyrics: Pulamai Pithan
Naanum Unnil Paadhi is more or less like many other special numbers. It is both classy and melodious but falls flat in Sivamani's touch. Rita has maintained the feel with her strong voice culture. Sivamani who is known for his knowledge on various different instruments and the sounds they provide, has put together the usual middle-eastern style for this track.
Song 04: Neeye Neeye
Singers: Shreya Ghoshal
One more breezy track from Arima Nambi music album. Neeye Neeye is a mesmerizing number sung by gorgeous Shreya Ghoshal and melodiously tuned by Sivamani. The famous Drummer has ingeniously employed one of his skills of making sounds out of water splashes. Piano strokes and Shreya's vocals equally complemented each other and takes the song to a new height.
Verdict: A musical from an experienced fresher; listeners desire more.
