Kollywood is gearing up with four Tamil films that are facing the day light today [Aug 03]. Yugam, Aasaami, Total Recall and Gokulathil Kannan are the four movies being screened from today in theaters around Tamil Nadu.

Yugam and Aaasami are the two straight Tamil films opened today, while Total Recall and Gokulathil Kannan are the Tamil dubbing versions releasing today. Rahul Madhav and Deepthi are playing the lead roles in Yugam directed by Sribavansekar in the production of G. Ravikumar along with P. Poongodi and music is composed by Ponraj for this movie.

Aandar Raj directed Aasami featuring Shakeela and Aarthi in the lead roles is the other direct Tamil movie slated to hit the screens on this first Friday of August. August is gearing up with many small and medium movie releases of about 16 in figure. Supportingly we have no big film releases during August, while Superhero Jeeva will start riding from the last working day of the month on 31^st of August.
