Venkat Prabhu is being reported to be making some changes in the script of Biriyani, which is touted to be a suspense thriller.

Karthi and Richa Gangopadhayay will be seen playing the lead roles in Biriyani, while the director Venkat Prabhu is keen to rope in Diana Penty of Cocktail fame for a pivotal role, after he was impressed by her innocent looks in the movie. However nothing is finalized on its front and makers will soon come out with the complete details.

Coming to the Biriyani crew, Venkat Prabhu has roped in his earlier associates to work with him in Biriyani too and the movie is scheduled to start rolling from August, while Karthi is busy with the last leg of his Suraaj directing Alex Pandian with Anushka and Santhanam, which is slated to hit the screens on Oct 12.
