UTV Motion Pictures is one of the big banners in India, who has given many hit films to the Indian Film Industry. The makers are full in celebrations today [June 29], as their latest produced film Kalakalappu has successfully completed its 50 days of run and they have launched the firstlook and trailer of their upcoming superhero venture Mugamoodi.

Jeeva, Pooja Hedge, Narain and Nasser starred Mugamoodi directed by Mysskin is the ever first superhero script in India, which has successfully launched its firstlook poster and trailer in Sathyam Cinemas by Suriya. The event had the gracious presence of Kollywood ace producers Lingusamy, Gautham Menon, AL Vijay, A Raja among them to name a few.

Sundar C. directed Kalakalappu has many specialties, as it has also recorded the 25^th film of the director in his Kollywood Film career, which is a multi-starred comedy entertainer with Anjali, Oviya, Vimal, Santhanam and Siva in the lead roles. Kalakalappu was successfully produced by Kushboo Sundar on Avni Cimax along with UTV Motion Pictures jointly.

Way2movies wishes UTV to produce many successful movies in future, while they have Vikram, Anushka, Amy Jackson, Lakshmi Rai and Santhanam starrer AL Vijay directed Thaandavam. Alongside Arya, Premgi Amaren, Santhanam, Anjali and Hansika starring Settai being directed by Kannan and the makers have also announced the sequel of Kalakalappu to be started during this 2012, in near future.
