As the size zero trend is becoming a craze among bollywood heroines, however, the ‘Ghajini’ heroine Asin is saying ‘No’ to this. She said “I believe in performance, not size zero”.
The South Indian girl who is ringing bells in Hindi said “I am comfortable with my looks and I want audience to think me as a girl-next-door. Size zero is an unhealthy trend. I don’t want to pain myself to reduce weight”.
When asked about her advice to her colleague, she said, “I am not experienced enough to advice someone. But my wishes are always there for Trisha.” Says extending her wishes to Trisha, who too had stepped into Hindi film industry.
She also said “The respect for south Indians increased especially after the winning of the Oscars by Rahman.” And also claims that actresses from the south are getting a very good response in Mumbai, and the reason was their commitment, dedication and sincerity.
