Earlier, there was a huge buzz stating Anirudh as lead role in Elred Kumar’s second directional venture but Anirudh clarified about his project with Elred Kumar.

However, Kajal had clarified, ‘I had great experiences in both the tinsel towns. Someone has misinterpreted me. I have equal respect for both industries'.

The film directed by Sridhar was a super hit at the Box-Office which had musical scores by maestro Ilayaraja and if the latest buzz is to be believed, Dhanush will reprise Rajinikanth’s role in remake version while STR will step into the shoes of Kamal Haasan.

However, let’s wait for an official announcement regarding the project from the makers.

It seems to be the chance of Rajini’s elder daughter to wield the megaphone to capture him after his younger daughter Soundarya R Ashwin. Recently, Aishwarya Dhanush happened to meet Akshay Kumar in Mumbai and appears to have requested the latter for the remake rights of his latest release ‘Oh My God’.

If buzz is to be believed, earlier there were reports that Rajini may replace Akshay Kumar in the remake of ‘Oh My God’, in which Akshay has played the role as modern Krishna along with Paresh Rawal.

If everything falls in the right place Aishwarya, who has directed her husband, national award winner Dhanush in her maiden venture 3 with Shruthi Hassan will be directing her father in her second film.

As way2movies reported viewers earlier, director Ravi Devan of Kalla Thuppakki has filed a complaint on Thuppakki movie seeking a title change, as he feels it resembles his 2009 registered movie name ‘Kalla Thuppakki’ and also claims that the logo is also similar. But, even after all the arguments in the court from both the parties are done, yet the Chennai high court has postponed the hearing to Oct 3^rd.

Now we hear few names in the K-town that are touted to replace the AR Murugadoss directed Thuppakki title. It is also known to viewers that, Kalaipuli S Dhanu of Gemini Films Circuit has earlier reported that they are ready with new title if the court finally orders to have a title change. Saravedi and Mumbai Thamizhan are the expected titles for Thuppakki movie claims few birdies, while there is no official announcement yet.
